PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya CRPF Gandhinagar was established in 1981 in the capital of city; Gandhinagar, with the endeavor to develop the all-round personality of the students and inculcate a sense of responsibility towards their lives.
Aim of the vidyalaya is to develop such qualities in the students that make them well-behaved, well-cultured, self-confident, honest, dutiful and cooperative. Active participation of parents is required for the all-round development of the students and the school. We firmly believe that the staff and parents of PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya CRPF Gandhinagar can together develop the spirit of national integration, which will help in nation-building.
The Vidyalaya has Balvatika III and classes I to XII. Class XI-XII have Science and Humanities stream.

Language Lab established: May 2018
This vidyalaya works under the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Regional Office Ahmedabad.
