Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) emphasizes sports, health education, and physical fitness. KVS has a National Sports Cell at its headquarters and Regional Sports Cells at all 25 regional offices.

KVS is committed to fostering the holistic development of students by offering ample opportunities and one prominent avenue is through Games and Sports.

PM SHRI KV CRPF Gandhinagar has a structured approach to sports competitions, with students competing at the KVS Cluster Sports Meet, KVS Regional Sports Meet and finally KVS National Sports Meet.
